Only members can book. Courts and tables book up to 7 days ahead, from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes a day. All sport members can make one booking per sport each day. When several members play together, add every player to the booking. The booking period counts against each of them, so four players on a 1.5 hour booking use up all four players' daily allowance.Guests
Guests are welcome when they play with a member and are added to the booking. The guest fee is £5 an hour or £7.50 for 90 minutes, up to three visits.Community Amateur Sports Club
The club is registered with HMRC as a CASC. Membership is open to anyone, and any surplus is reinvested in the club.
Governing documents
The legal rules the club and its officers operate under. They are not policies and can only be changed by the members.
Articles of association
The statutory rules of Harrogate Racquets Club Ltd, company number 13144908. The current version was amended at the 2026 AGM. They can only be changed by a special resolution of the members at a general meeting.
